In need of directions

Kuna had never set foot into Gothstone before, and he could see why. The place was pretty much covered in black. They said that Gothstone was the place of the socially challenged, and it lived up too that moniker. *Goths everywhere.* He thought to himself as he kept a brisk pace. The blond was not particularly worried about getting mugged in this part of town since the lesson he had been through with Izuya and the marks the wolves had left on his body. He gave a slight grimace at the images that came to his mind of the horrifying experiences, even if he had unlocked his magical potential he did not want to go through that again. That incident was part of the reason he had come too this part of the town, there was an antique shop that he heard from going too the gun range at Gunshyne Bastion carried the legal types of firearms, so he figured he would check out what kind of stock they would have. The problem he was having is that he didn't know where the shop was located at all.

He came to a full stop at one of the corners of the little self contained community, and looked to check his bearings. "Where is that Kurofuno shop?" He rubbed his chin and his eyes alighted upon a cafe which should provide him directions. Kuna quickly crossed the street and pulled open the steel and glass framed door, and he quickly approached one of the barista's working there. "Excuse me do you know where the Kurofuno antique shop is?"

Kuna would give a nod of his head. He was disappointed in hearing that it was not opened meaning he would have some time to kill. He did take an appreciative once over the waitress's looks. "Thank you for the information, and I will take a cappuccino." He would say as he went too a small table and took a seat. His eyes immediately scanned the cafe which seemed to be a mix of the gothic subculture and the more bright in comparison normal Sai city culture. "Interesting dichotomy." He would say mostly to himself while he folded his hands together on the table. Kuna closed his eyes and just listened too the sounds of coffee being made.

His eyes snapped open and they drifted towards the cup of coffee. He gave a soft smile towards the girl. "If you have some biscoti that would be nice as well." Kuna would say softly as he drew the cup to himself and took a small sip of it. "I would have looked up the time, but I was in a rush for time. I am glad that I know that I have to wait though." He would say as she brought him his snack. "I must compliment on your exquisite craftsmanship. I haven't had much coffee before, but this tastes really good." He would say taking out a enough to cover the biscoti and drink with enough for a generous tip as well. "Tell me what's the secret you use to make such good coffee?" Kuna asked.

"Yes, that was quite a corny joke, almost could have died from it." He would say giving a little smile, which he kept on once he perceived the little wings that sprouted from her back. Kuna scratched his chin. He knew a few things about spirits and spiritual matters, but he was still rather a novice when he came to all of this. She seemed human enough for him, so he put it into the back of his mind. "That, I would say is more sappy then corny, but it is good to hear of such dedication too this." He would take another sip of his coffee. "I've heard that Kurofuno shop has quite a lot of rare and valuable antiques, have you been there before?" He asked hoping he could get a guide through it.

Kuna had just been looking to make some conversation, but hadn't thought he would get picked up by the girl. "I would assume so since this place serves such good coffee." He would say as he took another sip and enjoyed the rich aroma. She then shot off a question of her own at him, and this time he would play with her a bit. "I do go too Saichuugai high school, finishing up my classes there before heading to the university. You do look familiar though." He brought up his forefinger and tapped it against his chin. "You were one of the popular girls weren't you? I can tell from how pretty you are, and if you weren't then it is a tragedy. The name is Inoue Kuna." He would say picking up the hard bread and taking a quick bite of it while watching her reaction.

He kept a little half smile on his face at seeing her blush. It seemed she was quite shy about it or just hadn't got enough compliment about her looks. "Its a shame that such unfortunate circumstances forced you out of higher education opportunities, and I hope your mother got better." He would interject while listening to the rest of what she said. "You should look into getting financial aid and various grants. It won't completely eliminate the cost of going back to school, but it would alleviate a large portion of it" He would stand at this time and fish into his pocket pulling out ten dollar note and setting it onto the table. "I'd love to." He would say giving her a genuine smile.

Kuna leered back at having said something that had provoked such a response from the girl, but she seemed to cheer up quickly enough. He gave her a little smile once she came out of the changing room in more casual clothes. Kuna let himself have a moment to admire her figure, and he let her know it as his eyes drifted from her feet and to her eyes. "I have to say that you look good in anything you wear." He would walk over and open the door for her to exit first "Ladies first." He said with a little gentlemanly bow, and he would quickly come to her side. "So, do you always work here at Moonbucks, or do you have another part time gig?" He asked her while letting her lead the way too the Kurofuno shop.

I walked out of the door as he opened it after blushing at his comment. “Thank you. And I moonlight as a singer sometimes. It is my passion in life. “ I smiled as I looped my arm in his and continued to walk down the street towards the direction indicated. We would reach the shop when my cell phone would ring and I would flip it open. Hearing the other voice on the line, I am heard to say, “Oh. You mean you can’t?” Then a pause followed by “I’ll be right there, is she ok?” After another pause I thanked the person on the phone and closed it. “I am so sorry. I’ve have to get back to the apartment, apparently one of my roommates needs to go to the hospital. Although how one gets a their hand stuck in a paint can. I will never know.” I chuckled , it made a funny picture. “What’s worse is that our other roommate tried to cut the paint can off with a can opener which broke and popped him in the head. So they both may be visiting the ER. Perhaps I can see you again sometime. I’m usually the opener for the shop.” After giving him time to answer, I would be off in the other direction waving and saying, “It was nice meeting you.
