.Time to head back [Izuya]

At least two days has gone by since I learned of some news that shook me to my very core. It took me nearly a day to get up from my futon. Ghost never left my side or so it seemed. But I forced myself up. Was Jyn really gone? I mean.. Sure its odd for that guy to randomly find me just to fuck with me. I look around my home, everything packed up into a simple back pack. I'll leave this place for travelers to use. I might not return for a long time. I think... I'm going to go back and finally take over Kyro Corperation. Do something in my life that will have some influence in the world. I don't want to deal with Div12 anymore. Least not now. Because if Jyn is gone it will only be a place of bittersweet memories.

"Ready to go back to nice canned food?" I ask Ghost, the ebony tom cat seated next to my pack, knowing that we are heading back. Ghost acts like a loyal canine sometimes instead of a feline. "I'll take that as a yes," I add, trying to smile, but it feels forced. I'm emotionally drained and I just want to head home and fall asleep in a real bed.

Izuya appears in this realm standing outside of the hut where he originally met Shiori. He was dressed in pretty much the same attire, and much like an anime character, he kept a closet full of similar clothing due to issues with control in his environment… or something like that. He looks at the house with his hands partially tucked into the pockets of his fitted jeans with a smirk on his lips. He could tell the mistress was still about and was happy that she hadn’t left yet to go to the future realm. Walking towards the hut, he opens and enters into the front door singing a cheerful, “hello~!” as he peeks into the interior. He notices that there had been some packing; it definitely seemed like Shiori was going to head somewhere, though he had told her not to leave without hearing back from him. Still, he understood that two days was a harsh time to have to wait with something like this potentially on your mind, so it wasn’t irrational that she would be on her way out the door; it was actually refreshingly surprising to him that she waited the full two days. After slinking into the door, he stands up fully as he asks, “heading somewhere?” Continuing past that point, he assure her, “I have good news for you!”

I recheck my pack and then comb through the hut one last time to make sure I am not forgeting something. It would be a pain in the ass to have to come all the way back for just one item. And if I leave anything, Kami knows I'll be so pissed that I'll return for it. I pause as I hear my front door scrap along the hard packed dirt that serves as my floor. Jigoku is in my hand and I turn, only to sigh at who it is. I let my blade vanish and arch a brow, crossing my arms under my breasts. I shrug.

"I'm heading back home. I got shit to do. I'm going to try and move on with my life," I drawl and gaze at him in an almost bored manner. This is what happened when I lock shit away within myself. I become somewhat of a frigid bitch. But the thought of good news makes me relax slightly. "What's up?" I ask, showing I am willing to listen to him.

The icy chill from the young lady does not seem to deter the jovial mood of the faux self proclaimed hito-rinji who enters into the abode. He takes in this information that she was about to move on with things, but it didn’t seem as if that fact would likely interfere with his news. To her receptive query, he answers, “after some research, I’ve come up with a plan that can revive the true Jyn-kun!” He assures, “it’s flawless for the most part and the abomination in his place can be removed entirely.” He continues, “since I spoke to you about it the other day, I just thought I would give you an update on it and see if you could help me… but it seems you’ve got things to do, so it’s still slightly possible for me to proceed on my own. I just thought you would like to know.” His next direction may alter based on her reaction to these words, but his mind was already in the process of calculating his next set of moves.

I wait for him to tell his 'good' news. But the news I get has me stiffening. A red flag is going up in my mind. Something ain't right about this. I'm over the shock from last time, so it helps me keep a level head. Jigoku, Reirei and even Kyrojin are wondering what the hell is this guy's game. But I don't call for their aide. No. Not yet. I'll play along. I honestly need to see this new 'Jyn' for myself. Ghost will be able to tell if its Jyn or not. Speaking of Ghost... I flick my eyes over to the tom cat and he is glaring at Izuya. So.. Ghost doesn't like him.

I look at the other once more. "I thank you for the update. But I need to see Jyn for myself. If its not him. I'll know," I say softly. I move to my pack and hoist it onto my back. I straighten, adjusting how it rests. I look at Izuya once more. "Look. I've got my head back on straight so I need to investigate all of this on my own for now. Youseem to be able to fid me. So give me time and if I think he is a fake. Then I'll help you."

“Hmmm?” Izuya hums lightly as she speaks; that was an interesting route to take, though still within the realm of possible reactions he could have predicted. The spell is caste as he laces his words with his power of (Influence) in order to make them more believable and to appear less suspicious as he retorts, “good luck with that. You’ll want to be careful; the fact that you’re approaching him about this will be an indication that you know about what’s happened. I fear to think about what would happen if you were to come under attack.” With his mental abilities, he was able to read her enough to realize that certain words wouldn’t work well with her. “Still, I understand. I would feel better if I went with you to watch your back, but I have a feeling this would be something you wish to do alone.” He could easily see when a welcome was over stood, so unless she had a response for him, he would be along his way.

I find myself blinking as he speaks. My brow furrows. His voice seems kind of pretty and my mind feels like its moving sluggishly to keep up with him. I feel odd. This isn't good. Jigoku flinches and Kyrojin is giggling something about killing the little boy. I shake my head, trying to think clearly. I finally look at Izuya again. "I'll be careful. And I'm not going to approach him as if this is the reason I'm coming to see him. He and I are friends. I'll make it friendly. If you want to watch my back I will not stop you," I finally say. Urgh... My head hurts a bit. I wonder why?

“Hai hai,” Izuya obliges jovially as she speaks on what was going to happen, “if we meet up, I’ll be happy, I do worry that a beautiful young lady like you would get caught up in this.” The influence would continue the guise that he did not know much about the details between Jyn and Shiori other than she was a name dropped during the ‘murder’ investigation. He continues, “I have a feeling everything will work out” and changes his tone to one of worry as he says, “Stay safe, ne?…” He continues cheerfully, “but, it was very nice meeting up with you, though I do wish we were able to talk under better circumstances. This isn’t the best circumstances to make friends, I must admit.” With the fading of his words, the influence dies down as it is no longer needed. With a simple wave, he comments, “ja” and with that, lifts a column of light from the ground. Showing one of his bad habits of simply vanishing abruptly after rambling, he would fade with the light as he is portaled away. Almost instantly, he would return much like he had left as he giggles, “where are my manner? Let me make your trip lighter, since walking to the portal of this realm is such a bother. I’ll leave my portal open for you when I leave. I hope this is okay, but due to the limitations of my power, it will place you somewhere in East City, but that’s a lot closer to home than here, ne?” He would slow down, giving her more time to respond as he recreates the portal. If no response was needed after her response, he would enter the portal and it would remain behind for her to enter into. It would carry her to the present realm in a vacant alley of East City. Izuya would be no where to be found on the other side of the portal.

This guy must not know much about me. Guess he doesn't know I'm an on off demon hunting agent for Div12. But then he doesn't need to know that at the moment. He knows enough by knowing that I'm the heir of Kyro Corperation. But he seems friendly enough. Least I think so? God I feel like I might be getting a headache from something. I feel myself smiling faintly and I nod. "I'll be safe," I assure him. "And yes. These are not the most ideal circumstances. But that's life," I added and blink as he goes to fade away again. Nifty trick. I need to learn that.

I turn to scoop up Ghost when his voice returns and I'm surprised by his offer. Well.. It beat walking all the way to the portal. Shit.. I need to learn this portal magic. "Arigato," I say and step closer, Ghost hissing. "Oh hush you big baby," I growl to him and take a calming breath and step in. Its an odd sensation and I close my eyes. I find myself stumbling and open them again. My eyes widen as I step out of the alley. "Well I'll be damned. This ain't far from home," I smile and walk down the sidewalk, Ghost grumpy in my arms. People look at me and a couple of old women whisper about me being a crazy cosplayer. I laugh softly. Heh.. If those bitches only knew the truth.
