Artillia was founded by the refugees of Mandira, those who did not wish to serve the new country but didn't want to lose their lives. Instead of moving inland, they have created a beach front home, where they focus on bettering their lives. The beautiful beaches and expanse forests give the village a resort type feel. Argios, the center of the village and future capital, is a circularly designed settlement that creates a system of equality through its people. It is a bloodline/clanline thing, so wouldn't it be something that emerges as a normal set of techniques?
