This spell allows the user to split charges within their own personal ki through intense training and ki purification, allowing them to create a stable source of electricity inside of their body with the ability to externally manifest it. This results in the ability to release a single bolt, stronger bolts or several bolts (additional bolt per mastery level) of lightning, depending on the mastery of the ability.
Effect: Damage up to Fierce

Thunder Flash
At the peak of disaster, Sanzon can strike an enemy. Using the base Ki purification that EOTL requires, he can force a high amount of negative energy into an enemy. Through this imbalance, the pure ki will overtake the muddy, unrefined ki of the target, forcefully refining it. This force will bring about a wave of electrical energy from inside the enemy. Can range from a light stun to electrocution at its best.

With the Critical Drive, all it does is use the enemy's energy to create lightning, so depending on how strong they are or whatnot, it could be stronger and such. I think..

My planned custom tech:

Fyre Eater (passive)
When under attack by fire, Shou can draw and devour the attacking flames to replenish his health rather than harm it. The level of healing is based off the strength of the attack.
Effect: +HP = 10% of Attack Strength. +10% with each level of control (50% at perfected).

Seed of Corruption
The caster imbeds a demon seed into the target. This seed then beings to corrupt the body leaving a symbol mark that links the target to the caster. The target attack strength is lowered to weak and accuracy is lowered by 20% (One rank) per control level while targeting the caster. The seed stays inside the host body until the host dies or the seed is exorcised. Caster must hold physical contact for a full post while casting.
Effect: lowers attack strength to weak and accuracy by 20% per level, drain is Destructive

Ah but that was the big part of the spell was to make it like a curse or blessing there isn't a lot of ppl that can do that either.

oh... okay, then just make the effect based off of curse? w/ the other thing

1. no such thing as no dmg yo. 0 dmg is still -10% or something (i think)
