Wow... so I just realized that this ability already exists... Casting - Recaste, so scrap that one. So instead...

Strategic Targeting
In battle, there comes a time when you must strike several enemies at once in order to neutralize them or turn the tide of a battle. Kunashi are quite skilled at this feat. They have learned to strike or protect different targets in unison with the same attack. There are some who can target two entities at once, while the truly gifted can target three. Doesn't work on self-enhancing abilities.
Effect: Adds +1 additional target at Honed and another at Perfected for the base ability
Drain: Adds an additional drain of x0.5 of the base drain.

I figure this one is right in line with strategic field control as it's another booster ability and hopefully the effect is more clear than the last one.

The only thing that changed was that I specified that it doesn't work on self buffs and no double targeting Bob with Ability X. I accepted drains as you set them. So I'm good to learn this one now, yeah?

Effect: # = 1 per level (up to 5), density = 5, swarms have the Beast Melee Package at Mastered, attributes = weak (Strong at Perfected)

Scream
The user initiates a short burst of ultrasonic at the victim which resonates within the eardrum causing it too rupture and damaging other parts of the auditory system.
Effect: ruptures the eardrum causing permanent loss of hearing and troubles with maintaining a steady balance.
Here's some suggestions/red flags to consider before Shin looks at this. Revise what you agree with or ignore and wait for Shin's review... I just generally like to save people from the headache experience that I get to endure when I request approval for stuff.

Xform: What is echolocation? What does it do?
Bat Senses: Since nocturnal is in the description, does this ability only work at night?
Vertigo: This ability (with the same name) already exists in the Gravity package. This one increases the accuracy drop to +2, but you're likely to be told to get Gravity package and make this as a custom.
Bats!: You realize that at Perfected, this would give you 5 minions that can deal Destructive or Destructive+ (Suprebash with Bashing or Gnashing) damage with no way to assess a stamina drain b/c your bats don't have stamina.
Scream: I would suggest not trying to cause permanent damage for both IC and approval purposes. People tend to avoid abilities that cause permanent damage. I would suggest limiting it to: "loss of hearing for 1 or 2 post(s) per level."

alright changed a few things around, gave a description of echolocation. Yeah for Bats! I hadn't really considered it, but that was mostly cause I was ripping it from Shin's approved version of Rune's taint where that's the effect word for word (also asked Rune if it was okay to copy, and he said yeah) So, if you've got a concern with that, would want to take that up with shin.
Vertigo I got rid of and replaced it with resonance, not sure if that will pan out, and bat senses are active at all times.

Bat Taint

effect: does 10% damage per post, duration= 1post per level

Realm: Yochi Furi

This region is covered by lush, tropical jungles to the southwest of the region as well as a river valley that leads deeper into the mainland and a pretty large lake to the south. In the northern area of the region there are villages within the heavily forested areas. Money has been funneled into this region by the Mandira Regime to turn a rural lakeside, jungle village into a tropical resort village where pleasure and fun are in abundance. There is a small-medium sized sporting arena here as well as the large temple like resort that is known as Utsaha. At this massive resort, there are activities for everyone from quiet meditation or massage to outdoor adventures in the jungle to a very wild nightlife of partying, theater, and sports entertainment. Josa is the name of this tropical paradise with a jungle for a front door and the beautiful lake as its backdrop. This region thrives because of Josa and is a popular getaway for the mainland citizens of both Mandira & Artillia as well as wealthy travelers from Sai Village, Tara Mura, and both the Midlands and the Desert Region.

Building an Organization Path - Storyline

Justification – within Domen’s storyline, Harlie has been building up Harlem up to this point. She was ordered by Domen to begin to assemble a force together, and it t serves to reason that she should have able to build at least some type of protective militia up by this time. In that manner, I would like to use the option that storyline characters have to ensure a path based on storyline reasons. I believe Building an Organization would be most relevant to her character considering her main job and at completed it would give Harlem a security force for the city’s main occupation that could double as a militia.

Ayo Shin... Kyro & I need your permission to create an NPC demon that was like an experiment of the Pillars, probably belonging to that cloaked guy that keeps popping up that no one knows anything about. We would need him to be pretty strong for this RP since it features, Mukhya, Domen, Sanzo, and Valkrist + our support crews. I figure this would keep it from interfering with any plans you have going for them or give too much insight into the Pillars, but it could also give u the means of dropping a hint as to where to find the Pillars and kick off a SIC or something bigger later/soon. Since Kyro is controlling the demon, I guess, if you approve, just PM him the info or parameters for the demon. Please & thanks.

Scream

Effect: Bind = strong, duration = 1 post per level

I think there is confusion in the request here. What Rekoa did was basically kill her character and create a brand new character with the experience as per the death rules. What it sounds like you wish to do, is to kill off a character to boost an existing character; this is not supported by the current death rules. The rules go, if your character is killed, or you decide you don't want him or her anymore, you can 'kill' them off and start a new character. Nowhere has anyone with multiple characters killed one of their characters to make another one of their character's stronger. If that's not the case, then ignore this, but if so, then you need to clarify that you are -not- trying to "...essentially (do) the same thing ... that rekoa did..." but trying to boost one character with the traded EXP of two others; or rather one now.

Black Ritual: Kage no gēto yobidashi o gyaku (Reverse Shadow Gate Invocation)
One of the forbidden black rituals. The Shadow Gate invocation, opens a gateway to Sheol ( the pit) a realm of pure darkness. The reverse shadow gate invocation however. Opens a gate from Sheol to the realm that the ritual is performed in. Allowing the darkness of Sheol to escape within the confines of the ritual markings Using his own blood ( or someone elses) Penny draws a circle on the ground. Then presses his palm in the centre. The black cross stigmata on his forehand melts into a black ink, which moves out, creating circle after circle, encompassing a wide area. Drawing mysterious markings within each circle. After the invocation is complete. Each circle begins to glow an eerie crimson. Shadows begin to rise up like smoke from the writings. Once the ritual is complete. A final command phrase unlocks the gate., blasting up pure negative energy in a vertical column within the circle. Damaging anyone within the area. The gate closes after the attack is complete. However the ground it was performed on remains cursed.

Effect: +Curse Damage is destructive, range = 15ft per level of mastery

Black Ritual: Dākusouru bunri ( Dark Soul Separation)
“ The closer one gets to the light, the larger their shadow becomes”
One of the forbidden black rituals. Its said that within everyone there is some portion of light and darkness. That even in the most good and saintly of all individuals there are creeping dark thoughts, desires. Shames. This ritual allows Pennywise to invoke, and give form to the darkness within a persons heart and soul. The black cross stigmata on his left hand melts into an ink, and runs up his arm. Imprinting his arm with strange writings and markings that shift and move and change constantly. In this state, when Pennywise lands a strike with this arm. Rather than deal physical damage his hand enters the persons body in a semi ethereal state interacting with the darkness within the persons soul and dragging it to the surface.

After removing his arm. A black hole will be left on the persons body where the attack struck. From this hole a darkness will seep out and take form( Appearance custom and down to the person). This dark figure will be the representation of a persons inner most darkness. Thoughts, feelings, deeds. All brought to the surface. The figure will fight the victim of the ritual for supremacy over the body.
Effect: Creates dark soul clone of the opponent with identical attributes to fight against target.
