What to discuss?
-What is done per floor.
-What's located where.

i say go with 12 floors since it's div 12
1st floor - reception area
2nd floor - idk what it could be called, but this can be a place that has offices available to the general public
3rd floor can be similar but higher up
i think floors 4 and up should be off limits to the general public
underground too
i kno we held ash underground, so i've already established there's a spirit prison down there (high security)

precincts? I believe their called, but 2nd and 3rd floor could be like police stuff where the officers of certain rankings have their cubicles to work at and deal with people that come in?

Elevators: Bio molecular scanner which identifies ranking members of the Division 12 that permits them to access Floor's 4-12 and underground levels B1 - B4

ok, i like that idea and the elevator thing is pretty good too. you'll prolly need a key card or special code to take the elevator higher than that floor... or the general public can only use certain elevators... or just throw escalators in that ho xD

lol, okay special Id card for the Division 12 members to which permits you to access certain floors (depending on your rank)

lol yeah escalators to floor 2 and 3, elevators for four and up xD and special elevators for B1-B4

B1 - Armory
B2 - R&D floor 2 - Realm training rooms
B3 - R&D floor 3 - Experimentations and testing and project making and blah blah blah stuff Rand D people do.
B4 - Prison floor

oh yeah! the technical command center is in there somewhere. that would probably take a few floors. they've got to have a place to put the stuff that monitors the barrier and stuff. keep that in mind. there should probably be a training area... probably should have an external training site too... like a gym or somethin

Division 12 Headquarters

Division 12 is specialized and secretive division of SaiCity's police force. Instead of enforcing the law, this division focuses on protecting the city from spirit or demonic breaches in the background as they occur using technology and SWAT team precision. They have a division for research and development which supplies the gunners and main attack force with weapons. The R&D department study demonic corpses exploring topics in physical and spiritual science. Their public cover and appearance is similar to that of the secret service; it is generally passed off as the Precinct for the city's Elite Police.

The building is extremely secured. The facility is open to the public much like any police headquarters, but all things of spiritual nature are hidden on floors off limits to civilians. Escalators carry general traffic through the first three floors with special elevators requiring key cards to access anything above the third floor. Bio molecular scanner on the elevators are added to identify ranking members of the Division 12 and permit them access based on rank.

9: Tactical Command Center, Systems Monitoring and Advanced Control.
8: Tactical Command Center, Equipment and Hardware.
7: Help desk, Operators, Civil Monitoring Systems and Routing.
6: R&D Floor - Level V
5: R&D Floor - Level IV
4: Level III Sub Precinct, Lieutenant level offices
3: Level II Sub Precinct, Administrative Suite, Captain level desks and offices.
2: Level I Sub Precinct, Non Operational Personnel, Administrative Assistants.
G1: Public access, Receptionist Desk, Super Police Historic Museum/Gallery, Gym, Cafe, Break Area.

B1: Armory, Garage, Storage, Motor Cage, Underground Firing Range and Physical Training Facility.
B2: Experimental Realm Training Areas A - C.
B3: R&D Specimen Holding, Experimentation, Dissection and Bio Testing.
B4: Ultra High Security Prison Holding.

* Access can be customized by person for ease instead of having levels associated with them. Accessing a certain floor is dependent on the personnel's custom access and purpose.

We added some pee in it, pre-pissed and aging, to give it kind of an authentic prison smell to it. We can add a little poop as well, if needed.
