The "original" is (was) posted on the board clear as day, so regardless of the finished product, if you can see the "problem phase" it would still be declared a problem.

I have yet to argue with you. An argument, in the context as stated in the rules, would be an aggressive exchange of discourse between a staff member and a community member, which was not present here. Thus, we are in no violation of the rules. We are merely having a friendly disagreement about the appropriateness of certain material.

I trust Aeria Games. Enough. They're one of the better game makers who don't have enough money to hold a Con with their name attached every year. (Or... do they hold one?) Though, admittedly, comparing their games to someone like Blizzard or Namco Bandai or Treyarch isn't fair at all, and so far, the game's pretty good all things considered. Not GREAT or anything, but decent. Especially considering it's a free beta. Though if it's just wide-eyed fanboyism, only time can really tell me that...
