» Possibly one of the oldest companies around. Kyro Corporation has always been in the shadows of the other four within Saichuushigai, and now are showing what an assest they are to them. Because of developments in their private hospitals and even some military developments they are slowing gaining footing within the larger corporate world. Kyro Corporation acts as head to their two branches that they have created steadily over time, investing in businesses that began to make a marketable profit. Joining with the Ootori family to fund their medical business was one of the first steps that Kyro Corp took into stepping much more boldly into the medical realm where business never falls due to a constant demand for better medical faucilities. Their most recent endeavor that has been been building itself for many years is Nyte Industries. Weapons contracting was a business that became a new way for Kyro Corp to deepen their influence and their allies around Saichuushigai.

Ootori Pharmaceuticals
» // This is the largest branch under Kyro Corp. The Ootori family have a long standing partnership with the Kyro family that included many marriages to tie the families closer together, though the Ootori family are not the ones in charge. This branch is in charge of medical reseach and development along with running their own private hospitals within Saichuushigai. They also have several of their own doctors involved in many of the medical studies at SaiU. This is to place only the best within the university to teach the furture doctors that will come to be employed by them.
In conjunction with Nyte Industries the Ootori family is also known for training their own private police that are used to protect those of Kyro Corporation.

» // While one of the smaller branches, Nyte Industries is still a bit new in its creation. This branch is into weapon development along with several advancements in technology to aide those without the ability of spiritual awareness (i.e. The Police and some of Div12) to be able to fight demons and the like. Alot of Nyte Inudstries involves making newer weapons though. The weapons trade allows the Kyro family to be in the good graces of many and this has not been seeming to slow down in the slightest.

- I would avoid associating or stating competition against the big 4. there are many large corporations in the city. some will be bigger than yours, some will be smaller, but most are either a part of or have some type of business agreement with the big 4 in order to survive. the big four run the city, so they are meant to be in a league of their own. a member MIGHT get far enough to contest one of them with the strategic help of the others and a large among of path work, but it'll won't be easy. each one of the big four have connections with with each other, the government, div12, the various gangs, etc outside of their own resources.

- The Livic Corp currently controls the city's medical/hospital supplie. Your meds and guns will prob have to be private sector. personally, i would attempt to offer premeir med service to the rich ppl located around northern heights. let the livic take care of the poor and masses while gettting ur dough from the top of society. less maintence to resources, fewer customers, same amount of money.

- i wouldn't use 'one of the leading'. i would use 'one of the'.

- hmm... taking weapon contracts from div12 and serving the gangs takes business from the other larger corps, which will cause some ic conflict

* "It can be a small yakuza boss, lead researcher, etc... " (http://h2h.site90.com/charcreate.html) i allowed partial path completion so far, but this looks like 3 corporate path completions w/subsidies and all + 2 or 3 organization completion paths. that might a bit much and would be much more than a normal char would be able t'do in a yr or yrs. storyline chars are supposed to be lesser than or equal to normal chars that require more work. have one thing instead of 3. medicines and weapons are too unrelated. and to develop both on a booming corporate level is a lot too.
* storyliners dun need pocket/saving funds b/c they won't really need to buy stuff.. what do you need ur chars to have ahead of time?
* i dun mind your industry working in private hospitals using your own technology and researching and developing weapons. what you've got so far is a bit to expansive tho. tone it down.
* i'll grant you 50 personnel units for this private police

still seems like a hellova lot. i'll do another look over the revisions. still a good stab at a storyliner, but you're supposed to keep them within the limits that you could surpass with a normal char. i'm too lazy to go back and see who the other corporate storyliner was or what they asked for, but i dun think that char's in use.
