That wasn't going to do. But then how does one broker a deal between a lord of land and a corperation in an extra dimensional process. He at this point had to wish that there was some sort of extra dimensional legal firm that would be able to draw up deals like this. To hunt down the best deal like a noble wolf, to ram down the doors of opposition and to have the heart to continue it through in a way that would end with both sides being happy with the arrangement. Of course. He doubted Shiori would need any real...legal persuation. The two were already good friends....( keep tellin yourself that bub...and he knew that she would likely give any deal he brokered out considerable thought. Maybe he'd discuss it with her over pizza the next time she came around to the pent house.

The soil under his feet, rocky barren. That'd need to be taken care of. Smoothed out for the streets. He bent down and picked up a handful of the soil. There were levels of smooth rock to it. Certain areas of course were pure rock. And would need to be smashed in. Perhaps he should think about bringing in some ogres to get the job done, as stupid as they were, their physical strength and stamina was something else. More than made up for it with the whole hulk smash feature. Didn't make good officers. But in the end they would make damned good workers. He rubbed the dirt into his palm.

Rough stone underfoot. He collected a handful of the soil in his hand and rubbed it in. There was plenty of rough and jagged bits. No doubt from years of tredding weight and the harsh powers of the Oni. This is the kind of land that made up the majority of Oni toshi. A barren waste land with a random assortment of lava flows that made for the perfect little infernal getaway. As for him he was thinking about using these lava flows. Not that he was particularly econmicly minded. But the first thing one had to look at when making a building project on this scale was local resources. For Onitosi that meant rock, the wood from Solvay. The strength of the demons. And of course. Lava.

The power of lava was something quit spectacular. It burned far hotter than any fire. And despite its slow movement. Went in paths much like water. So, much like water was used in the human world. It was quite possible that he could harness the power of lava as a natural resource. Of course, something like that woul take careful development. A thermal powered city, not a bad idea. However thinking of it was one thing. But the logistics behind it and how to move the flow were yet beyond him. But every great thing once sprung frm something small. The greatest tree from the smallest seed. All great things, took shape first in an idea.

However it seemed that there was something that was going to block his idea. But of course. This was to be expected. Other Oni on this land that he wanted. That he required. He was going to have to move them. But why not use this time he thought not only in spreading the word of his strength and claiming the land. But also in training his martial skills. " Hello boys....". He said from beneath the mask of his Onihume form. From within the shadows. " Why don't we have a bit of fun...". He cracked his knuckles. Idiots didn't know what they were letting themselves in for.

Quick dodge to the right, fist clenched, Knuckles bared and bash. He felt the waves of flesh and bone under the pressure of his knuckles. Crack and bruise. It was absolutely amazing. He loved every single second of this. Another comes in, spin, duck twist. Grab the arm. Straighten it. one strike the elbow and snap. The bone inverts inwards, Worse now but one tug of this demonic strength. And off comes the arm. Flailing about like some sort of demented club. He tosses it aside and looks at the others. The crowd that challenges his claim. A voice deep within. Loving the blood lust. Loving everything that was its to be given. The voice of madness It begged him now. Begged hi to let it play. And he knew that he wouldn't be able to let it kept in for long. Its power would terrify these little demons into respect.

He rew the hand across his face. The bone like structure of the mask starting to take form. He felt it already, the power rushing into hi. Power tainted by laughter. Tainted by the madness that was deep in his core. The insanity that gave him power. Gave him strength. He rushed inwards. Jumping into the crowd. This freedom was amazing. Without worry of hurting his allies, all there was was power. Strength. They didn't stand a chance. The hysterical strength of a madman fueled his first blow. A kick to the gullet of another demon. A monsterous thing. But he didn't care. All he cared about was seeing its blood. Drinking down its pain and atching the fear of the others rise and grow as things moved on. They'd try to escape but no no no. He wouldn't let them. No the mask wouldn't let him let them get away. Such a confusing and chaining thought process. But it was worth it.

Worth it for the power. Worth gritting his teeth and baring through it so long as there was nobody he cared about in the way of it. the oni he kicked. ibs broke like fucking twigs, stabbing their ay into the heart and lungs. Making the fucker puke and spit up blood, Blood didn't get to touch him though. No no no. The darkness would see to that.He drew his hand back. And struck it forward quickly, the fist passing through the flesh easily. And with no resistance from the hattered ribcage the hand went through and out the other end. He drew it out quickly. But laughed the whole way as the demon fell to the dust. He let out that insane laughter, fueled by the masque of madness and shouted out in an equally crazed voice. Tinged with extasy.

" Right fuckers whos next! Hahahaha!".

He looked at the blood on his hands. It was wonderous. Made him want to put it in his mouth and lick his hands clean. But no. Had to keep mind on the task. Had to resist the madness. Keep it from overtaking will and thought. He let out that laugh again. And pushed into the next Oni. Spin kick. Foot to the face. Ws in its beast form. Big ears, part of him just wanted to jump up onto its back and ride about, using those ears as fucking leeshes. But no, another part of him just wanted to ripe them off and stuff them down the things fucking ass hole. See how much flesh could go in there without tearing the skin. But nah, disturbing as that would be, he was trying to inspire as much fear as he could quickly. And this little mini slaughter would do that just fucking fine.

Foot to the front knee. Snap, inverted just like the first fucker. Let out a scream. More blood on the ground, seeping into the sand and dirt. Making it look black. Yeah, this soil was good for farming and he'd fucking fertilize the earth with their god damned fucking corpses. Let the maggots and worms eat away at their flesh. From the dust they were born and into the fucking earth they'd return. Letting out another laugh. Barely able to keep one thought fom the next as the barrage of death and blood and horror continued.

Ah so they were finally starting to run. Not so fucking fast. Felt something blast into his shoulder. One of the fuckers was using a gun. What a god damned coward. Too scared of him to get close obviously. Had to attack from the distance. Couldn't risk getting in there. Didn't have the balls to try and tear someone apart limb from limb. OOh but Penny did. Yes yes. THe mask would make sure of that for now. It didn't take long. The rest of themm were dead. Blood and corpses strewed the ground as he continued to laugh. Holding onto the power as much as he could. Had to resist it now. But the voice didn't like that. Didn't want to let go. Didn't want to go back in the box.

Bitch wasn't here to help. But Penny knew. If he was going to master this power. He was going to have to start doing it on his own. Hands reached up to the mask. Had to pull it off. Had to break it by himself. Tugged. Hard to get of. The mamsk. It didn't ant to come off. It was going to fight him the full way. Wasn't going to let its grip of him go so easily. But he had a job to do. Had to...concentrate his thoughts. Yes. A crack in the mask. Just a small one as he continued to pull. The insanity was begining to receed. And it didn't like that. It wanted to stay. Wanted to be a full part of him. But no. He wouldn't let it. To be ruled by his own power. Wasn't the mark of a lord. Nor was it the mark of a body guard. Regardless of how hard it was. He continued to pull. He wouldn't let such a thing keep its control over him.

A bigger crack as the insanity slowly draind from all of his body. His shoulder began to ache. As the masque of madness shattered. Once again spread on the ground...then fading to darkness. It would come again if he called. When he called. For it was inevitable he was going to do it again. Looking around however. He didn't like just what that mask did to him. Didn't like what the mask made him enjoy. It reminded him too much of his past.

Now that he had this block of land it was a case of actually building on it. So, it was time to bring in the slaves! He cracked his knuckles and moved into the solvay forest. It was time to start slave hunting. Funnily enough, unlike in the world of the living the life of slavery wasn't something that was seen here as particularly bad. Prbably because they would actually be given a purpose. At least. For awhile. Enslavement in Onitoshi was a regular occurance. Weaker Oni, or Yokai tended to become slaves of higher order demons rather easily. All that was required was the basic threat of, I will murder you or your entire family. And they hopped right along to work. However he wasn't stupid enough to try and grab them on his own without some help. So the first point on task. Would be to find himself some help.

This help of course, woul be little better than a slave him, or herself. However, they would be granted a place within his guard and military. So at one point they would start getting paid for being in his employ. Unlike the slaves. Who were more than likely either going to die while building. Or, disease, starvation. All that stuff didn't really contribute to a healthy lifestyle. Solvaay was a good place to find strong fighting demons. And this was precisely the idea. He wanted an Oni that was strong. But not too strong. And certainly none too bright. Brains indicated a potiental for ambition. Which at this point, he didn't need in a subordinate. He just wanted dumb muscle.

And you would be amazed at how quickly he found it. A rather large Oni with a bit of an ego on his face. With a crack his his knuckles. Pennywise knew just the cure for a big ego.

The best way to put down an ego was to break it. ALong with some bones. Unfortunatly he needed those bones intact. So it was just going to have to be a relatively light beating this time. " Hey, big guy!". He called out. The Oni turnd around, smiking at the thought of having another opponent. Oh the idiots that one met in this forest. Of course, as expected, he attacked first, not bothering to note that Penny was in an Onihumeform. One form that was only regularly taken by highly developed Oni. Unlike himself. He thread up a fools guard, took mosst of the force behind the blow. Then, when the blow stopped, He trigest the arm. Brought it down using his enhanced strength. And then unleashed a kick onto the Oni's face.

The kick alone was enough to throw it off balance and flying into one of Solvay's many red blood stained trees. He dusted himself off and then looked at the Oni, who was now getting up and rubbing his jaw. " Now as you may have noticed. I'm far stronger than you, in fact I'm on my way to becoming an Archdemon, Demon Lord and such...". To say his oppnents face turned pale was something else. In fact he was about to burst out laughing. But contained it within hiself. Knowing that the fear would be useful.After all. Fear would prevent him from getting any ideas. And it would also prevent him from failing him too easily. " Now don't panic too much. I'm here to present you with a choice...your a rather intimading fellow and I happen to be looking for someone to help me in the rounding up and keeping of slaves to work on my land". The Oni's face showed a slight sliver of hope. Perfect.

So he explained the situation to the big dumb, but rather intimidating Oni. That he had the land now, and was going to continue expanding, but he wanted things to progress more quickly than they were at the moment. So he was going to be setting up the first few buildings in his land. And to do that, he was going to need slave labour. And to do that effectively. He was going to need a minion. Which is where he came in. The brute although stronger than the slaves would be, was weak enough under him to be scared for his life into swearing an oath of loyalty. Excellent. Now despite solvay being an excellent place to recruit strong Oni, it wasn't too great on the whole find weak Oni to enslave and force into labour kind of thing. So thats why his next visit ws going to be heading back onto his lands. T see if he could find any weak Yokai or Oni who were still hanging about and were ripe for the picking.

His new minion came along with an unsure smile on his face. Obviously jut putting it on in case he tore the face off. Wich he was fully capable of in this form. And boy, he didn't even want to know about what would happen if he put on the masque of madness. Yeah, that would probably scare him shitless enough that he'd soil his drawers with a good months supply of faecal matter.Fun times. But yes, it didn't take too long befoe they were back on his land. Already Penny had a good idea of just what he'd be setting up here. Two buildings. One would be a housing point for the slaves. The other would be a main construction building were all the planning would take place.

Yes, two buildings. The one that would be the slave quarters would be similar to a military barracks. The little bastards would be packed in quite tightly. Proper storage of slaves. After all one couldn't inspire fear from them if he didn't treat them like crap. Particularly in Onitoshi. Despite his father friendly mentality in the human world he knew that although Wiseman was fine to act as good human. Being a demon lord here would mean being the complete opposite of that. Ruthless. Cunning. Fear inspiring. Blood thirsty. And oddly he didn't seem to mind it one bit. In fact his large stupid companion as grinning the whole way as he explained about the slaves being packed in tighter than a cock in a virgins pussy. Simple minds. Simple jokes. Didn't take much to make them laugh.As for the construction building it would be split into 4 main rooms. The base contruction planning area.

And then of course, two bedrooms. One for his dimwitted companion. And the other for a more skilled Oni he had already had the pleasure of threatening. One that could actually plan and draw blue prints for him. Excellent. And again, oddly it didn't take too long to start finding weaker Oni to enslave. For the most part he let the big guy round them up, then bring the towards him in a small crowd so that he could address them properly as their lord and master. " As you, are all no doubt now aware. I've rounded you up for a reason, you are now all slaves to me. If you disagree...my friend and myself here will have to slaughter you all...". He looked around and clasped his hands.

" Now does anyone have any questions?"

Silence. None of them were stupid enough to talk. Well. That was one upside.

And so it began, leading the pitiful little slaves back to the land central and putting them to work. He would supervise building for now as the construction guy arrived. His big nitwit minion had decided to take up role as a motivational speaker. Or as it was more commonly known. Slave driver.Minus the whip of course, although he'd change that the next time he went to Arden. Yup, nice long whip, miltiple lashes, maybe some spikes or throns on the end just for the extra pain factor. Uh, that is to say. Motivation. He'd looked at the blue prints and to be honest had just nodded his head and went along with whatever the fuck the guy had to say. He had no idea what he was talking about when it came to these things. The laves however were doing quite a good job with what they had. Taking down some trees from Solvay and constructing them into the braces and support structure for the house type buildings.

These would be the skeletons of the houes that would be built upon. At this stage he was just glad it was getting off to a good start. After all everyone had to start in somewhere. All this fear and blood lust and stuff was finally paying dividends. Soon enough he'd have some actual work started on his land. Next big movement would probably be finding a military. Although to be honst till the place had actually really taken off. That military would be more of a town or city watch. Regardless. It was fun to watch the slaves suffer away. And yet he was rather surprised at the lack of complaints from them. bviously a few of them must have been used to this kind of treatment. Good.

He was glad to have experienced professionals on his side. Even if they were forced to be here.
