She had one hour to get prepared and get down to the academy. It was rather new, this Venturion Academy was something to behold though. Being created within the lower common's for the purpose to educate those within this dump of a place. Of course it's new so it's not that extremely humongous,?, Though Izumi found it rather easily with her gps in her car. So here she was driving up in her lotus eclipse to the building. Presumably the academy is a gated school with it's 14 foot walls surrounding it. So Izumi would dive around front to get in through the gate, where hopefully she would hold no problems getting in. In the time frame she stated of the hour, it's only been about 40 minutes.

Great.. an hour would be more than enough to get the room ready. Before I knew it, half an hour had passed, and Megan would return through the large conference room. Being late morning, most of the students were in class, and I was free to do whatever I felt like doing. Looking over at my laptop, a screen would appear revealing the front gates. With a quick button, the gates would slide into the walls on the side, allowing her entrance to the academy grounds. Unlike the lower commons, this area was kept in pristine shape at all times.

"Megan, our guest has arrived early. Escort her."

Without giving a reply, she would disappear and head down towards the front entrance to the Venturion Academy.

The gates slide open and Izumi would drive in, taking it slow due to it being a school and all. She would proceed to drive her car into the parking lot and into a empty parking spot. Turning off her car and exiting it as she would close her car and press the lock button upon her keys to automatically lock her car. From there she looked around the area. It was nice and clean and just completely contrasted against the area beyond these walls. She put her key's away as she looked towards what appeared to be the front of the school. "I guess I enter through there..." she whispered to herself as she proceeded to make herself to the front entrance. "Kinda odd to have such a nice place in the lower commons." she whispered as she pondered what was Sanzon's aim for this, she really couldn't exactly believe that he was here to educate humans.

pon reaching the main entrance to the Venturion Academy, there would be a long slab of white marble with a fountain in the middle of it. A mid height, skinny man with a black suit and glasses was waiting outside. Bowing lightly to the guest, he turns to escort him into the academy. The iron gates would slide shut at the main entrance, completely sealing the facility from the outside. The wide, plat formed stairs would lead to a wall of glass, where sections would slide open. The entrance foyer was a large, open top with a skylight ceiling, which darkened with the oncoming storm. There was a large symbol engraved into the marble flooring, with the old language for “Without sacrifice there can be no victory”. The building was white, with dark green and gold accents. The interior was clean, as the school was kept in immaculate conditions year around. I sat in my office behind a large wooden desk. The desk was nearly eight feet wide, and four feet deep, with an L section that moved into the wall. That section would disappear, covering a hidden safe where I kept several business orders and important documents. The large monitor on the wall behind me would be turned on with a feed of the twenty two cameras around the campus.

Leaning back in my chair, I smiled while lifting a glass of tea to my lips. The black Chamorro tea was very light with a hint of vanilla, giving it a nice smooth flavor with no caffeine or calories. Perfect for someone like me who needed to keep in shape? I think so. Not like I couldn’t electrocute most people if needed anyway, but I had an image to keep up. A few moments later, Samantha would arrive at my door with a smile.
"She's here."
"I know that.. i'll be in within a minute.."

At the front, Megan would arrive with a smile, holding her usual clipboard.
"Miss Izumi, please follow me."

Her walk from the car to the front entrance was pleasant as she had a nice new environment to look at as she made her way toward's the front entrance. It still struck her as weird for someone like Sanzon to have such a place as this, at least to her she figured he was planning on more than just teaching, especially since school's don't usually hire models. But hey there could be a first for everything. Finally arriving to the entrance it seem's that someone was already there waiting for her as she looked upon the woman who had spoken her name. Using a quite improper fashion that irked Izumi. "It's Ms. Hiramoto." She only really allowed those she knew to even use her first name. Whether it had the Miss, or Ms. it didn't matter since the woman still used her first name and that didn't sit right with Izumi. She would stand before the woman gazing at her looking at her from top to bottom. Sensing what she was to make sure she was human or not. Though either way Izumi would still follow her. She just wanted to see what was the ratio of spirits to humans in this place.

Right, Izumi.. would be played through her head. She wasn't one to take orders or requests from anyone other than her superior. turning, she would return up the open staircase. The white planks were suspended directly from the wall, with a glass handle that raised slightly above the outside. It gave an open feel to the lobby, and extended the actual space of it quite much. Upon reaching the top, she would be led down a large hallway with an open sky light to a row of windows that were the conference room. This room was used for private business with the Director. Inside, several others had gathered. there were several researchers, Samantha from Research and Development, and at the end of the table two open chairs. Each one had a name tag, including an open chair for their guest.

Stepping from my office into the conference room, I would take my seat at the end of the table while waiting for our guest.

It wasn't a request, it was a professional uptake to speak to people by last name terms. You don't just speak to people with their first names like that. It ruin's opportunities depending on where the person comes from. Crash of the cultures. Though for now one little mistake would be over looked. She followed the woman to the destination, Izumi scanning the place all over with her eyes as she took her calm steps just to keep pace with the woman. Sensing out to feeling the differences between humans and spirits, if there was one, and kept mental notes of thing's she saw. Till eventually they arrived upon to their destination.

The long table held fourteen chairs in all, with a third of them empty. There were several businessmen who were beginning take part in the operational costs of this venture. For them to show up satisfied me greatly. Upon watching Megan walk in with our final guest, everyone, except for myself would stand. After being shown to her seat, Megan would join me at the end of the table closest to my office. On her way across, she would close the curtains on the windows facing the hallway. After all, this was a school, and the student's didn't need to be watching business work.

Once seated, everyone would return to their seats.
"It is a pleasure to finally meet you, Miss Izumi Hiramoto, I hope the drive over wasn't taxing on you.."

Yet, there would be another individual, shortly after, standing at the entrance of the academy. All professionalism and honorifics aside, she went by but the name 'Kyouko'. At last, the successor of the Lightning Tiger had made her arrival. Standing in front of the entrance, she knows that it looks like she was intending on coming in and, it looked like she was waiting to be noticed. Swishing around the content of an energy drink in its aluminum container she took a short gulp. The breeze was comforting regardless of temperature; the energy drink seemed to imply that she'd taken a long walk to her destination. Which was actually an excessively long one. Albeit where she started her pace wasn't clear.
"Hmm..."

The place always looked so pristine and exquisite in comparison to the other...aspects of the Lower Commons. Leaning forward, fruitlessly, she waves mildly at whatever synthetic mechanism was visually tracking her at the moment; in other words, she assumed a camera. If it was already open, the gesture probably just been to signify that she was there.

Finally they arrived into the room of their destination, spotting the long table Izumi looked toward's all the people that were there. Her brow had arched as she looked to each one of them examining them with her eyes as she then looked toward's Sanzon and a gentle smile grew upon her face. It was fairly obvious who he was, being that she knew what he looked like and who he was, though it seems like the same wasn't for the other end where she didn't look recognizable. Though it was understandable with her great change from before when she use to be a blond with blue eyes, now she had lavender hair and eyes and a tremendous length to her hair. Being shown to her seat she didn't sit down just yet as her eyes looked toward's Sanzon who was still seating. She gave him a bow, means of showing respect, before she took a seat. He seriously must have had a short term memory or just didn't care for remembering human names. Though she didn't show that annoyance upon her face as she kept a pleasant smile and a pleasant attitude about herself. "It wasn't. It's quite the pleasure to meet with you as well, Mr. Loki." She spoke with a gentle tone, loud enough for him to hear her and still keep a kind tone to it.

The young woman still looked familiar. If I had to put money on it, I would say it was from that party at Club Hype. There was a light feeling of hesitation while I waited for a moment. The door would be open, causing me to turn to Megan and make a request. Why was that kid always late. Trying to teach her business and politics was like throwing lightning at a rock quarry. With a sigh, I would return the pleasantries from our guest. I had a notion that she really had no idea why she was here.

"Well, we have one more but she join us when she gets here. Good morning everyone, and thank you for coming today. Ground has been broken for Venture Corporations primary headquarters. Because we are ahead of time, advertising and public relations, which are headed by Megan Hiroan, will begin. We have several products to market, and one of them is a highly addictive energy drink. With the amount of clubs and bars in this city, it will be an easy market since we have few competitors."

Kyouko would continue on her way to her destination. Common gulps from the aluminum container she was exhibiting in front of her are taken during her way onto her designation. Having known how to navigate herself through the place, of course following along someone wasn't a prerequisite. Once she would get into the academy's confines, she would make her way to the specified area she was wanted at. She tended to be at least slightly hasty with her pace since she was probably running late, or so she expected. She could only cross her fingers and hope that she wasn't excessively late.

But several minutes would pass before she'd found her way there. She didn't know how long things would have been going on inside; she was aware that students more or less were in class at this time. Travelling through the place was always pretty nostalgic no matter how late she was. Her usual attire was worn; consisting of black and reds and her general umber boots that she wore casually, even sometimes contrary to the weather. It was not very long before she was presented in front of the respective door where this was all being attended. Kyo would raise her hand, which was in a loose fist, and tap lightly onto the door. Her knock would reverberate mildly but should have been potent enough to hear well. If there'd been a window or something there she should be somewhat perceptible through it.

So she was to come here and sit in for a meeting about products. Well at least she would get to recognize the products, though she hoped they didn't assume she would be all on board it without an interview and so on. Though knowing these business people when looking for advertisement they search for those with looks. No matter though, she would be getting paid for all this, so it mattered not how it went about. She kept quiet and listened as the meeting continued. Though without necessarily needing to turn about she felt the presence of another entering close within her sensing range. Though the knock did cause her to turn her head to look in the direction of the open(?) door.

The knock at the door would be met with silence before one of the guards opened it. I would simply give a smiled glare to my successor as she entered. There would be several interesting responses from around the table at the idea of targeting a new market. While our primary focus was going to be medical research to assist the hospitals, we needed an upstart product that would sale quickly and effectively in the current market. I was rather impressed that our research and development department had been able to come up with this product just by studying the students who attended here.

"Now, each of you are important to this project. Our new facility will be located six blocks from this location. For those on site, our late arrival will be in charge of site security. Miss Hiramoto, I would like your opinion on this project. After all, you were sent to use for the massive amounts of advertising, commercials, and appearances we are going to need."

Entering, she'd take a sip from the drink positioned in her hand. Looking towards the Director, a light smile would seep upon her expression. Her eyes briefly survey the room, seeing all of the people positioned around. There was a lot of guests; in fact, it almost made her miss the little pretty one somewhere adjacent. Her brow escalates a bit.
"Yo."

Initially, she notices that, as previously specified, there was a third of the fourteen chairs left open. Seemingly out of respect for her superiors, she didn't take a seat as of yet. Kyouko usually thought that was more of a consensual thing. The Director had spoken and she lent her ears, albeit she seemed to be quite nonchalant. The late arrival specification was definitely for her, and her eyes gleam with interest at the mention of both her being in charge for one, and for two, security being what she is tasked with. She gives a look around once again.
"Can I sit?"

The new girl had entered and had not taken a seat yet, Izumi looked to her from the corner of her eyes and gave her a smile and nodded her head in her direction as a means of hello. Looking back toward's everyone else she listened to the thing's that were being stated and just sat there. This was suppose to be an interview for her wasn't it? This didn't really feel like it was suppose to be an interview. Then a question was thrown in her direction about her opinion about the project. She arched a brow and tilted her head, clearly she was confused as to the reason why she was being asked for her opinion in the first place. She merely thought this was going to be a modeling job. But it seems that Sanzon wants more than just a pretty face for his products. "I must apologize, I cannot provide a good enough opinion on the product when I'm not familiar about it. If you can recall, over the phone, I did tell you I wasn't informed about this job. If some information would be thrown my way then I will provide a good opinion."

A quick glance would return to the young lady, who would be given the acknowledgment to take a seat. The response from the young model was one that had been expected. I had assumed that the modeling agency would have at least told her something about this company, and the product we were beginning to market. It was , in my honest opinion, to know everything about your product, and actually be a part of it than just simply represent the face of it.

"My dear, we are giving the city energy. the product will hit shelves everywhere in a few weeks. We have created an energy drink that will have an interesting effect on humans, and replenish the energy of non-humans. everyone in this room is aware of the existence of my kind. We want you to be our face."

Haven been given the go, she would take an unoccupied seat. A light sip is taken from the aluminum containers she'd idly exhibited before her face as she observes the conversation. It looks as though she is listening to what is being said, albeit wordlessly at the moment. Though it seemed as though she knew what was going on, a few details had been confirmed to her just now. Such would make her eligible for her own verbal additions, hopefully.
"It's a pretty epic concept." Kyouko says, bringing her attention from the Director to the lass who he was talking to. "Don't y'think?" The frame of her eyes elongates as she sustains her gaze towards the woman. Certainly, this had been a new face for her and she'd grown at least moderately curious.

It seem's like everyone in this room comprised of spirits and humans. Quite an interesting display really to see them working together, but Izumi liked this scene, it held such a harmony and such balance that a Hiramoto clan member could just cry watching. Though this didn't sit right with her on the inside, providing the city with energy. An energy drink that holds an interesting effect on humans. Though what kind of effect? Izumi thought for a moment as she arched a brow as she sat back and then looked towards the girl who was late. Should she really take up this offer? Should she keep blind and merely know just a basic over view of the product? "What effect would it hold upon the human consumer?"

Now this was the prime opportunity to do some field testing on someone with a finished product. The system of production had been stabilized, and the results calculated as safe on all of our subjects. Smiling, I would reach down to my brief case, where a single can of Blitzkrieg was being held. Placing it on the table, it would be the first time any of the vendors, distributers, and shareholders would see of it. With a quick push, it would slide across the table towards her. I hope being completely open with the spirit business wasn't a surprise for her. After all, I believed that all of the humans should know of my kind. We do live here after all..

"Go ahead and try it. For my kind, it simply gives us more energy. For humans who drink this, they will experience a heightened ability in raw power or speed. Not only can this product be marketed for the clubs, but also for the military and local police. "

Kyouko seems to undergo close observation as this woman made her response. She would then take a conclusive sip from the can, assuring that there was nothing left in it. Placing it down, perhaps being a little too prudent with this action as though to make no noise or disturbance, she returns her attention to whomever the current speaker was, which had swiftly become the Director. Kyouko knew that she had to hone her idiosyncrasies to a T so they could achieve what they intended to. Though, for this spark of conversation she seems to remain wordless.

Her eyes would follow the motion, surveying the can as it skated towards the woman. Her expression is fairly blank as she watches to see if she’d drink it, nurse it, or not drink it at all. Kyouko couldn’t anticipate her actions since she didn’t know this person but all eyes did seem to be on the violet haired female.

She watched Sanzon as he reached for his suitcase and he pulled out a can. She arched a brow and looked at the can with interest. Though she wasn't one to just instantly drink something she knew little to nothing about. Seeing how he passed the can over to her, she held out a hand to catch the can, mostly so that the can didn't fall off the table. She looked at the can and listened to what Sanzon had stated. Looking to him, she said nothing as she looked toward's the girl that had arrived late. Staring at it she gazed at the can wondering really if it was safe to drink or not. Though she herself never really had a taste for energy drinks. "Whose spiritual energy do you use in these energy drinks?" She asked Sanzon, wondering to herself if they used Sanzon's spiritual energy for it, or if they just collected other spirits to use their energy inside of it.

She had posed an interesting question. Why had research taken so long to produce a product of this magnitude? Simple. Finding spirits who were willing to give their energy was a difficult process. While I was not about to go into semantics of it, she did have a solid query. Looking at my successor, I would bring my gaze back to the human woman.

"At first, my own. Only until the process was stable and we had a way to synthetically recreate it was it mass produced. go ahead and have a drink. Pretty soon, it will be the hottest item on the market."

The spirit's brow would furrow slightly. Why wasn't that girl drinking it at this point? This fact makes it difficult for Kyouko to heed this woman's presence without a glare. *Why is she nursing it like it's her first beer? Just drink it.* She would think to herself. She would use the palm of herh and as a pillow for her cheek as she idly gazed towards the violet haired figure. Her attention shifts to the Director momentarily before back to the female. Amusement is apparent in her eyes. *As if she's not getting paid for this and like sensei couldn't get a new person for this...* Once again she would think to herself halfheartedly.

The feel of the air seem's to have struck a nerve with someone, though it didn't seem like it was all out in rage but a mere annoyance. Her eyes focused upon Sanzon though as she wanted a response to her question, to which he had responded to her. The answer though seemed a bit simple, it is true to those that do know this that Spirits don't really take kindly into assisting humans and would seek to destroy them if possible. Though there were the 'good' ones that would actually assist humans and work alongside of them, though it was rare since they usually never come down unless there was a catastrophic event like that recent attack upon the city that brought upon the army of heaven. Her eyes scanned the room as she looked at the girl that had arrived late and smiled to her.

Of course it would be an addictive drink, Izumi knew that well enough, not merely because people would naturally require energy for continuing their work, but the possibly effects upon the human body. He did state it earlier that it enhanced human's abilities and even held a military effect. Essentially put it's a Super Soldier serum in a can that they are producing. Izumi smirked as she laughed to herself and shook her head softly as she popped open the can, merely attempting to analyze how Sanzon thought from the time she knew him. Though it seemed fair enough that the Lighting Tiger didn't seem to recognize her off the bat. She lifted the can to her lips and she took a drink of the can. Allowing for it's taste to riddle her taste buds and travel down her throat as she swallowed the drink.

I watched the human before turning my gaze over to my student. She was impatient as always. I could tell that from her gaze. She seemed bored here. Maybe politics wasn't her thing. Either way, I didn't plan on living forever and one day this academy and everything that I worked to build would belong to her. My attention would snap back to the human as she laughed, before opening and consuming the drink. Admirable as it was, I was more interested in the effect that it would have on her. Each drink had a different effect, either augmenting strength or speed. It was, albeit, rather impressive that she would trust me. This was the first drink produced in our final method of production, and I hoped all kinks were actually out of it. Oh well. A light smile would pass from her over to my student before returning back to the human again.

"Whatcha think?"

As attention appears to be passed upon her she'd smile lightly. Her attention cranes between each attendant, such as her sensei and this woman whose-name-she-did-not-know. Politics weren't exactly her facet but she could try making intelligent additions when she wanted to. She would await the opportunity. As of now her eyes belonged to the violet haired one to survey the effects that may occur. It would be unfortunate if the liquid had kinks and was flammable with the liquid coating the human entrails. Momentarily she looks towards the Director. “We have some diverse flavors, too. It should be a hit, like those energy drinks that give you wings.” She explains, turning her attention to the one who was currently drinking the beverage. With certainty she seemed to be interested in the female's reaction. Internally she would wonder what flavor that one was. The solution to this problem was attained once she decidedly looked at the can.

The taste of the drink was unique on it's own. It was soft and gentle, but held a strong lasting impression upon the tongue that can be felt for a while long after one would stop drinking. Izumi placed the can upon the table and she licked her lips as she closed her eyes and took a moment to feel the effects of the drinks. It was interesting as she did feel a significant change within herself, though it was probably a slight change with her spiritual flow that soared through her body to give this sort of 'boosted' sensation. Izumi slowly opened her eyes as she smiled a confident smile as she looked toward's Sanzon. "I think it has quite the interesting taste and puts a neat sensation to the body." I could lightly tell from her gaze that the product had been a success. With a smile, I would lean back, allowing the chair to rock while I looked at her, then to my student. the businessmen around the table looked pleased with the result, and that would allow me to continue.

Now comes the compliments to which she could only smile at. Usually this tended to happen just to butter up whoever it was that they were hiring. Compliments were bound to occur as it was a mean to soften them up just to get them to say yes to whatever it was they wanted to do. Of course Izumi was going to take this opportunity as this was going to boost her career and all. She had to start out somewhere and she figured this situation would be a nice way of getting her face out to the world to get to bigger and better things. "That's good to hear." Of course she was waiting for the contract. There wasn't really much else to speak about. Well unless she just randomly spoke about the various things she would do. "Though just to be on the safe side, I have to ask. What sort of advertisements are you planning to do with this product? Will it also be kept well within the pg-13 rating as well?"

She poseed a good question, and I could assume that it meant she was concerned about her career. After all, some companies felt strongly about high moral standing inside of her profession, and doing a porn magazine wouldnt be helpful to her career. I had no plans on doing anything like that, especially since I was also known for running a private academy. Couldn't have something like that tarnish my reputation down here.

"Your assignments will be simple, clean, and professional. Mostly billboards and television commercials. The other part is to be my public hand, and accompany me for social gatherings."

Izumi was happy to hear such a response, even though it did come fro Sanzon, she was hoping to hear such a response as she nodded her head to what he said. "Very well, that is simply perfect." she stated with a cheerful smile as she released a giggle soon after as well. Other than that there wasn't anything else that needed to go over aside from looking through the contract and signing it. "I hold no other questions aside from is there a contract I'm suppose to sign?"

The folder in front of me housed what she was looking for. The contract was not only a contract, but also held powers of disclosure and a non competitiona greement. Legally, were she to leave her contract, she would not be allowed to work for any of my competitors for twelve months. The first part made sure that she would keep the secrets of our company, our proprietary information, confidential during contract, and after. With a quick move, my hands would slide the folder open before pulling up the small set of papers. They were stapled at the top, and presented neatly inside. Sliding it over to her, a pen would be passed for her to use in signing.

"Everything is right there. It includes a non competition agreement and disclosure form as well. Once you sign, we can start working on advertising."

She grabbed the folder when it slide over to her and she already started reading over it. he was quick with reading and just sped read through it all. It took several minutes as she had to make sure not to sign something that had some sort of hidden clause or something that would mess her up. She pulled down the folder and looked at him as she would tell him. "Just before I sign this I do have to tell you, I do have another job that I do on the side as well. A secretarial position so it isn't really much of a problem. It's not going to be a problem with you is it?" Her brow arched as she would wait for his response, she hoped she didn't need to quit being a secretary as she had been doing that in order to get a bit of extra money on the side for paying for her bills and things like that.

it was definitely an interesting question. did I care that she had another job as a secretary? I wondered when she would have time for it, especially with the difficult schedule I had in mind for endorsements and public appearances. Maybe there was a way to compromise, but taht would require a little bit more in the intelligence field. After all, I wasn't too worried about the other sector, it was whether or not the other sector had a problem with this contract.

She looked over the folder again and she looked towards Sanzon from the top of the folder before she grew a smirk as she placed the folder onto the table as she responded. "It shouldn't be a problem." She took hold of the pen that arrived to her as she would sign at the dotted line. "Well you sir, have yourself a deal." After she signed she closed the folder and slid it back toward's Sanzon and handed the pen back to the last person who gave it to her.

I would plant my hand on the folder to stop it. It did make me wonder what her other job was. Maybe she was a coffee shop girl like that shiori chick. I was rather satisfied that it wouldn't become a problem, but even moreso because it would give me something to do with my spare time. Playing politics was right up my alley, and with a beautiful face representing our corporation, we would create an image that would never be forgotten. Her beauty and charm would be melodious with our company, and that was what I wanted.

"We have a press release in two days with the grand opening of our headquarters. This academy will be left alone, but continued to be funded by the corporate world. We will contact you in 36 hours for arrangements. Until that time, you are free to do what you wish."

It was rather amazing to her that Sanzon had not yet recognized her. No matter, this would be a nice fresh start. A smile came to her face as she would nod her head. "Very well, seems that thing's are already taken care off, I shall await your phone call. Until then, do take care of yourself." She uttered sweetly as she stood up, her eyes glanced to the unfinished can that he only took a sip out of. To be honest she never really enjoyed energy drinks in general they weren't her favorite thing's to drink, though that didn't mean it was bad, just she didn't have it as her favorite drink. She pondered though what she should do with it and she grabbed it and thought to herself. Guess one can shouldn't hurt. She gave a light bow and waved good bye to everyone. "Do take care everyone it's been a pleasure." If there wasn't anything else to do then Izumi would turn around and leave.
