Toot Sighting #2

Toot rolls into the lower commons and sets up shop in the Red Light Area. He parks in the alley near Club Hype. He takes out a lawn chair and sits down drinking a beer. His bodyguard leans against the side of the van with her arms folded. A sign blinks on the van reading "new inventory coming soon!"

Ever since the first meeting with a man known as 'Toot' Ingel had been keeping an eye out for the white van that the man drove around in and sold goods out of, he had put in and order with the man and was expecting him to have it the next time he was out. When he spotted the white van the man drove around Ingel followed after it. On his approach, Ingel spots the sign and stops for a moment, new goods? But Ingel wasn't here for other things at the moment he wanted his new armor.. With a nod he made his way up to the back of the van, glancing to the body guard before looking to Toot " Good afternoon. I believe you having something for me? "

"Slow night."

Toot looks at his only customer.

"Oh yeah. The trusting guy from before. Give him his stuff, will you babe?"

The guard looks Rune up and down and then goes to the back of the van. She comes back with his modified body armor. She hands it to him while Toot speaks.

"It's as heavy as normal body armor, so don't expect it to flap in the wind. It'll protect you from your neck down to your ankles if you button it up. Like regular armor it stops piercing, but won't absorb all the impact, so try not to take too many direct shots. Bullets still hurt, getting hit just won't kill you like regular, but you look like you know that kind of stuff already. Okay?"

Ingel nodded as he looked at the man. When he spoke, Ingel glanced to the woman at the van as she went back to get his order. He watched as she came out and reaches out, taking the armored jacket from her as Toot speaks to him. As he listens he checks it over and nods faintly. As Toot finishes Ingel looks to him and nods again " Alright. " He said as he slipped on the coat " You wouldn't happen to have any weapon attachments.. things like flashlights, laser sights, silences, and the like, would you? "

The jacket fit, so all was right with the world. It was a slow night, so Toot moves on, not happy with his profits. He repacks the Van, closes it up and heads out.
