Grunty sat on the roof of a building in the more business-oriented part of the lower commons, beyond the convenience stores where the more rural, old-fashioned shops stood. She was here to collect from a butcher who'd told her off last night, but her purpose here was to make an example of him and any workers he may have heard nearby. She was fairly sure she could handle this on her own, but all the same, she wanted there to be some intimidation going on before she actually moved in for a kill. Rain poured down freely, which would likely increase the range of her electrical attacks, a very pleasant thing indeed. Her eyes narrowed in the darkness as she took a deep breath and let loose a sound she used every now and then, formerly to call members of her group: a bone chilling banshee shriek that cracked around the area.
Two men toiled below, taking some frozen meats out of a truck. "You heard something, Ted?"
"Probably an owl. Shitty weather we're having, usually birds ain't out."

He left atop a disc of flame, carrying a human body atop his shoulder and a rodent within the palm of his hand. He didn't fly far, though, for the body was heavier than he would have liked, stopping by an alleyway to the side of a street. Shou allowed that body to drop, resting its back against the wall as he sighed with relief lightly, stretching his back out. Tonight had been a fun one, ultimately glad that he had answered to Grunty's call. His eyes then fell down upon the fallen woylf, as thoughts pressed through his head. This one.. he's as chaotic as I am, and probably more destructive. Hmph. Atilla would not bear witness to this sin of his, as he pulled Mabushiiken from its sheath and out into the open air. She had made him promise not to use this blade against any of the human race. But as far as he was concerned.. This man might as well be a demon! The blade would shoot out, stabbing through chest and the body's most vitalest of organs. He then drew it back, ensuring that he had completed the kill of this woylf. "Perhaps you can rest now.." The oni mumbled, knowing this man to be tormented and twisted.
He then kneeled down onto the ground before him, lifting his eyebrows in some curiousity. "Got anything of worth on ya?" He inquired, before having his take.

Nagi took hold of the bottle and took a couple of big gulps. It was pretty strong, but that was to be expected with her. He set the bottle down and took a gaze at her. "You still wanna go do that huh? well I guess if you really want to. But I couldn't transform right now if I wanted to. And im fairly weak, that guy gets in a good punch im out like a light." He said taking another big gulp.

"These things, they won't matter..." she said with a wave of her hand, smoothly withdrawing yet another bottle from the inside of her jacket. "They's 100% humans, born n bred. No special powers, no surprises, the worst we have to deal with is a kitchen knife, and that's only if they wakes up, eh?"
Popping the thing open, she inverted the newer bottle over her face, believing she could kill a few lousy humans completely trashed and with her crew broken up. "I'd burn the shit down, but he lives in a brick apartment. No use to go killin the innocent, eh? Ha ha ha..." the latter part seemed meant as a joke. "But yea, I guesses it's for the best ye can't transform. Ye'd be too conspicuous. I want us to blend in when we knock... like Mormons or something."

She still wanted to kill that family. He had figured as much but what surprised him was that she didnt mention anything about what he said earlier. He had pretty much confessed his feelings about her to Shou. And he thought she heard it, but he guessed he was wrong. Or she just simply didnt care, after what her parents went through for being in love in heaven. He doubted she was looking for it here on earth. He sighed and downed the last of the bottle that he had, seeing as she had a new one. "Its fine, im not completely defenseless. I do know some magic, most likely enough to to help waste that family. Anyway lets get going, im going to need to sleep for like a week after today." He said standing up, but wobbling a bit. After receiving so much damage the liquor was hitting him pretty fast.

The fox woman laughed, long and loud for absolutely no reason at all other than for the first time in several weeks she was in her default state of inebriation. "Careful there, eh?"
Instead of trying to stand to two feet, which was much less stable than the alternative, she returned to her fox form and, waiting for Nagi to regain his balance, trotted off in the direction she'd come out tonight to go in, on towards the non-client's houses.
