About Toot

\"Toot\" is a traveling merchant that sells wares out of the back of his van. He has the hook up on items that are not located in normal shops. In order to shop from Toot, you have to find him. He will pop up from time to time on random threads. A member can only visit his RP if their last RP was on that thread and they have a limited time to reach him before he leaves.
